Purpose – How your personal data are processed
The personal data that you provide us with is processed by our Marketing team at Devoteam France as Data Controller for strictly internal use. They are used for the purpose of contacting you for future events organized by Devoteam, to send you publications or commercial solicitations.

With regard to information and prospecting in a B2B context, this processing is based on Devoteam’s Legitimate Interest. This is the case insofar as these approaches enable us to offer our customers and prospects efficient and relevant services in relation to their commercial activity.

With regard to information and commercial prospecting in a B2C context, this processing is based on the consent of the Persons Concerned. In this case, the Persons Concerned have explicitly given their consent to be canvassed at the time of collection of their personal data (opt-in).

Storage and retention period
The personal data processed is subject to limited storage. They are kept for three years following their collection or following the last contact with the data subject. The data is stored in the Member States of the European Union by our service provider Salesforce and is not passed on to third parties.
